F&Qs and Returns Policy


When will my item arrive?

All of our post is sent out Via Royal mail, 48hour signed for service and takes 1-3 working days.

Next day delivery is sent out Via Royal Mail next day service and is guaranteed by 1pm, the item will be dispatched the same day aslong as the order is placed before 2pm, this service is only available Monday – Thursday (excluding bank holidays)

International delivery is sent out with Royal Mail on a signed and tracked service, the time scale will depend on the destination and customs, tracking information will be sent out so you can track the item.

Can my item be returned?

We are happy to refund or exchange your item, providing the item is

  • In an unworn condition
  • Has no make up, fake tan marks
  • perfume smells or deodorant marks
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned back to us within 10 days of when the item was purchased
  • Shoes must be returned in the original undamaged box, and no marks on soles.

Dispatching your item

  • Please note that items will not be dispatched Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.


For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable services and will provide a tracking number for your item

A signature will be required upon receipt, if you are not around to sign for your item Royal Mail will leave a calling card with further instructions,

If you know you will not be around to sign for the item or wish for it to be sent to a work address or neighbour please let us know before 2pm (before post is sent out) and we will be happy to change the delivery address.

What do i need to do to return my item?

If you wish to return an item, please complete the enclosed returns form, items will need to be returned back to us at:

Once we have received your return, we will check the item and refund your payment back to you,

Please Note – Once we process your refund, funds could take upto 7 working days to appear back into your bank account.

  • Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the item back, exchanges are subject to availability of stock, we will contact you if your item is not available for an exchange.

What time during the day will my item arrive?

Our couriers aim to deliver between 8:00am – 5:00pm

Free Collection In Store

If you have chosen the option to collect your item from the store, items will be available to collect the morning after you have placed your order, you will need to show confirmation of your order to a member of staff and can collect during shop opening hours,

We do ask if orders can be collected within 14 days of your order.

What do I do if my item is faulty or wrong?

All of our items are checked before sending out to our customers, so it is very unlikely a faulty item will be sent out, however if the item is incorrect or faulty please fill out the returns form and return back to us and we will look into it and be in contact with you once received.

What happens if my item is lost?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item,and your item cannot be tracked using your tracking number we provide you, we will need to make an investigation with Royal Mail, this process could take upto 14 days to investigate and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the item was successfully delivered we will not be able to refund. However, if the item has been lost we will offer a replacement (Stock dependant) or a full refund.
